ECOLOGICAL PANELS TO THE UNDERFLOOR HEATING –DRY METHOD – „ECO THERMO FLOOR”®

Two years ago I conceived the idea of expanding my offer on ecological panels to the underfloor heating. My idea interested Polish manufacturers of energy saving houses and Polish Institute of Passive Construction. During the research of the market I found that the same idea had the Norwegian and the German company. According to our knowledge we are the one on the few producer in the world who produces the panels for water underfloor heating and wall heating on the base of porous plate designated as thermal and acoustic insulations.
We would like to propose you expanding of your underfloor heating and wall heating’ offer (in so-called dry system). We can offer you very ecological solution on the base of the plate made using. Furthermore we offer that panels on the base of chipboard, aluminium sheet and new product in our offer – the panels on the base of gypsum boards reinforced with fibers ( dry flooring elements ). This time we work at the based on gypsum fiber board.

ECO THERMO FLOOR® SW (SILENT & WARM)

ECO THERMO FLOOR® SW- there is possibility of substitutional use in so-called dry system of underfloor and wall heating instead of commonly used foamed polystyrene. Our product is ecological in the full sense of this word and friendly to the environment.

ECO THERMO FLOOR® SW – this is a system of 30 mm plates with milled channels for the pipes. The system consists of panels in which the pipes can be laid along or across to the heated surface and so-called return panels, corners, cross panels enabling the transition from one spacing of pipes to another spacing – for example from 125 mm to 250 mm. There are also aluminum plates which distribute the heat in whole surface of heated area.

ECO THERMO FLOOR® SW – our product is ecological and friendly to the environment. It has excellent properties as thermal and acoustic insulation.

ECO THERMO FLOOR® SW – in consideration of the material which these panels are made of our system is highly recommended for people who are ill with asthma and allergies.

ECO THERMO FLOOR® SW- smells of wood!

We propose you the supplies of such panels system in your standard (diameters of the pipes, spacing of the channels). For logistic reason we would like to keep the basic size of the panel i.e.: 1000 x 500 x 30 mm and 1200 x 600 x 30 mm. We can offer you the manufacturing and completing of these panels according to individual projects with the deliveries straight to the building sites. Here are the technical characteristics of the plate and photo of these panels. The proposed panels are manufactured with this plate. We could quickly adapt to your standard.

Other innovative option of ecological panels to the underfloor heating is the solution using MFP P5 plate. It is perfect solution that can be used in woodframe construction or at the renovation of houses because in these cases the matter of thickness of the underfloor heating layer is very important. In this MFP P5 plate there are milled channels, aluminium heat emission plates are seated in these channels, the pipes lay into aluminium heat emission plates which distribute the heat on all surface. The width of these plates: 600 mm, the length of plates: 1200, 1800 or 2400 mm with  channel distance – 150, 200,300 mm. Return panels – width: 1200 mm, length: 395 or 595 mm. The width of these plates: 500 mm, the length of plates: 1200 mm with channel distance – 125 and 250 mm. Return panels – width: 1000 mm, length: 395 or 595 mm The panels are laid crosswise the joists (conventional spacing at 400 or 600 mm intervals). This solution using MFP P5 plate can be used at wall heating too. Physical-mechanical and building properties:

The advantages:
Assembling height: 0 mm for the new construction, 22 or 25 mm for the renovation.
This is the best solution for wooden beam-framed floor.
This panel can also act as constructional board for wooden floor.
It is fit for various types of floor material.

This is very simple solution. It consists of aluminium sheet spread between the joists. This aluminium sheet has stamped slots for the heating pipes. It is perfect solution under the carrying floors – for example: solid wooden floors nailed directly to the joists. It is also perfect solution in this case when there is problem with the irregular spacing of the joists. The space between the joists is filled using mineral wool, glass wool, wooden fibres wool or other insulation material.

ECO THERMO FLOOR® DFE ( DRY FLOORING ELEMENTS )

This is completely innovative solution. It combines good points of conventional method of underfloor heating installation (consisting in pouring wet concrete over the pipes seated in insulation ply) with such advantages like minimal thickness of whole system and comparatively not big weight. This is a perfect solution for the light floor and in case of renovation. It can be successfully use in the bath-rooms. The pipes are seated in 18 mm (for pipes to Ø 14 mm). Standard dimensions of the system’s elements are based on 100 mm spacing. On showed below patterns the pipes are additionally covered by the ply of gypsum fiber board (10 mm thickness). You can directly cover the pipes by special joint filler and stick the ceramic tiles.  In consideration of the accessibility of the monolithic plates in 19 mm maximal thickness we can use them for the pipes in 14 mm maximal diameter only. In theory there is possibility to start the production on the base of 25 mm thickness plates – it will enable us to use the pipes with greater diameter. Standard dimensions of the system elements are based on 100 mm spacing, 18 mm thickness of the plate and 12, 14 mm pipe diameter. There is possibility of preparation of the plates for other spacings, thicknesses and lengths available in the market. The series of plates types showed below are exemplary. We can also offer these plates joint with porous plates as additional thermal and acoustic insulation.

Przykład zastosowania Dry Floring Elements

Basic solution – insulation between joists, ceiling, thin acoustic insulation ply – for example 5,5 mm Steico Underfloor. There is possibility of laying of  aluminium foil as a shield, then dry flooring plate with the channels for the pipes, then next gypsum fiber board (or you can use special joint filler to reduce the thickness and costs). Then you can stick ceramic plates directly to it.
